Streaming video cataloguing guidance may be found at this site:

When there are multiple versions of a video, use multiple 300s, rather
than omitting 300. Field 300 is repeating. Use 300 rather the first
500 as suggested by these OLAC guidelines.

The University of Tennessee streaming guide to cataloguing e-resources:

http://www.lib.utk.edu/~veve/streaming-guides.html

This is a helpful attractive streaming guide to cataloguing remote
electronic resources. SLC ignores the single record option, and
except for cases such as Credo Reference (where the electronic text is
enriched with audio and video files), uses the SMD "electronic text"
rather than "online resource". "Online resource" could be a website,
streaming video, a computer game, dataset, etc. Specific SMDs are
used. With the advent of RDA, "online resource" will duplicate a 338
carrier term.
