Entry of treaties

Enter a treaty between two or more nations or
international bodies, including the Holy See, uder
uniform title, using the original language of the
treaty. Rarely, a well known short title may be
used. Make added entries under each signtory.

Example:

North American free trade agreement.

AACR2 entered under first nation if three
or less, title if more. RDA initially entered
under first signatory, regardless o number.
