If offprint made same time as issue (the most common case), date types and date one only. If printed later (rare in our experience), date type r and both dates one and two. Most offprints are done at the
same time as the issue, and several sent to the author.

264 Place :$bPublisher of serial (may be title of serial),$cyear of issue.
300 Collation of article, e.g., pages 10-50 ...
336 text
337 unmediated
338 volume
490/830 Title of serial ;$vnumbering/date of issue/pagination of article.
650 Subject of article.
700 Joint author if any.
While 773 Host item entry is appropriate if you are doing an analytic for
the article still in the host serial, the collection may or may not have the host serial, with a record to which to link; 490/830 makes matters clearer to patrons.
